Turkish Bread

Turkish Bread are the market leaders for chilled pizza bases. I was tasked to update the existing pizza base packaging and create a fresh look for new products including preservative-free wraps and naan breads.

We felt it important to maintain the bright pink brand colour as it has always been a key identifier for the trusted brand, while also helping to cut through the category clutter. The first product extension was for wraps, for which I photographed and styled ingredients to illustrate the ‘real’ use of the product. For the Naan bread, I used the aesthetics of Indian henna art and sari patterns and took inspiration from the Hindu Holi ‘festival of colour’ celebrated in India and Nepal, to create a design that jumps off the shelf and positions the product in its cultural kitchen.
